Booking Terms
A 50% deposit secures your date and covers planning costs. The remaining 50% is due 3 days before your proposal, once every detail is confirmed. The deposit isn't refundable, but we'll always work with you on rescheduling if your plans change.

Can you set up in a villa I have already booked myself?
Yes, and that is how most of these run. You book the villa, we build while she is elsewhere, and you walk her back into a room she will not recognise.
How do I get her out of the villa long enough?
Two to three hours. A spa treatment or a long lunch is the usual answer. Getting her out is your job and it is the part people leave until too late.
Does the resort need to approve a villa setup?
Yes, and we arrange it. Some properties restrict what can be brought into a villa, so send me the booking details rather than assuming it is cleared.
Is a pool villa proposal better in summer than an outdoor one?
Considerably. A private villa gives you shade, cooling and control, which open desert does not between May and September.
Can we stay in the villa afterwards or do you clear it straight away?
The setup stays for the evening. We agree collection time in advance so nobody is packing up around you while you are still celebrating.
