Set at Balloons at the Palace in Jumeirah Al Qasr, an ultra private terrace positioned directly facing the Burj Al Arab for one of the more prestigious views on offer. A large floral heart shaped frame with neon sign sits at the centre, backed by matching floral decor and a thick scatter of fresh rose petals underfoot. What sets this apart is scale: 2,000 LED pillar candles fill the terrace, creating enough light on their own to carry both the photography and the video without much else needed. A photographer and videographer can be added if you'd like the moment documented, though the setup itself is designed to be the main event.

What makes this more private than the beach packages?
There is no sand, no tide and no public access. It is a terrace within a palace property with an unobstructed view, which is as controlled as a landmark view gets here.
Why does a setup here need so many more candles?
Because the terrace is large and the landmark is brightly lit. A small setup disappears against it. Volume is what keeps the foreground in the photographs.
Are the tethered balloons part of the proposal?
They are part of the location rather than something we operate. They frame the setting and appear in the photographs.
How far ahead does this location need booking?
Longer than a hotel beach because the location is exclusive and rarely released. Give me your date as early as you have it and I will tell you honestly if it is possible.
Can guests attend at this location?
Numbers are restricted and need clearing in advance. This is not a venue where people can turn up, so tell me at enquiry rather than the week of.
