A private photographer and videographer capture it from a distance so the surprise stays intact, and she walks away with a personalised handbag bouquet and a note in your own words.

Will strangers be watching a public beach proposal?
There will be people on the beach. We position the setup to keep the frame clean and hold the immediate area, but I will not pretend it is private.
Is it legal to set up a proposal on a public beach in Dubai?
With the correct permissions and inside the rules on what can be installed and for how long, yes. Practically it means the setup goes in close to your arrival and comes out straight after.
What time is sunset on Jumeirah Beach?
It moves through the year, roughly half five in winter and closer to seven in summer. I confirm the exact time for your date and build the arrival backwards from it.
What happens if she wants to change before the beach?
Then you are late for sunset, and sunset does not wait. Tell her the plan involves being outdoors so she dresses once, before you leave.
Public beach or a hotel private beach?
Public gives you the same sea for less and an open horizon. A hotel beach gives you controlled access and no passers by. If she would hate an audience, pay for the hotel.
