Sometimes the best setting is the one you already have booked. This package brings the full proposal styling, a floral heart shaped frame with neon sign, matching decor, fresh rose petals and a bluetooth speaker for your first song, directly into your own hotel suite or room. Room safe LED candles can be added if you want extra atmosphere. It's built for couples who'd rather propose somewhere private and familiar than out in public, without giving up any of the visual details. A single photographer and videographer capture the reveal and the moment itself, kept deliberately low key given the intimacy of the setting.

Booking Terms

A 50% deposit secures your date and covers planning costs. The remaining 50% is due 3 days before your proposal, once every detail is confirmed. The deposit isn't refundable, but we'll always work with you on rescheduling if your plans change.

Do hotels allow outside teams to set up in a room?

Most do with notice. Some restrict candles and floral installations, and a few refuse outside vendors entirely. Send me the hotel name before you book anything.

Why is there only one person covering a room proposal?

Because a hotel room is small. Two crew with tripods is intrusive and it changes how she reacts. One operator shooting stills and video is the right call in that space.

How do I get her out of the room while you set up?

Book something with a fixed end time, a spa slot or a restaurant. Vague suggestions fail because she comes back early.

Is a room proposal underwhelming compared to a venue?

It depends what she values. A room is private, warm and unhurried, and nobody is watching. Some people want that far more than a beach with a crew nearby.

Room or terrace if we are already staying at the hotel?

Room for privacy and comfort, terrace for the view in the photographs. If it is summer or she is shy, the room is the better answer.
