Booking Terms
A 50% deposit secures your date and covers planning costs. The remaining 50% is due 3 days before your proposal, once every detail is confirmed. The deposit isn't refundable, but we'll always work with you on rescheduling if your plans change.

Can we play our own song at the proposal?
Yes, that is what the speaker is for. Send me the exact version you want in advance, because covers vary and she will notice if it is the wrong one.
Should I upgrade from the cabana to a tent?
Only if you want an enclosed candlelit interior to sit in. If you are proposing and moving on, the cabana is enough and the upgrade is wasted.
Does Raffles allow a proposal on the beach for non guests?
Access is arranged through us rather than by turning up. If you are already staying there, say so and I will coordinate the timing with your booking.
Can family arrive after the proposal to celebrate?
Often yes, with the hotel told in advance. Numbers and timing need clearing, so give me the plan when you book rather than the night before.
How do I stop her guessing when I book a beach resort at night?
Give her a reason that stands on its own, like a dinner reservation at the resort. The weakest cover stories are the vague ones.
